Job Description
* Architect and implement scalable cloud-based solutions using Azure
* Architect, design, adapt, develop, and deploy machine learning models and processes for business process intelligence such as OCR, process and document intelligence
* Architect, develop, maintain and support graph based business cases together with our graph specialists
* Utilize full stack software engineering skills to integrate AI, ML and genAI solutions into our existing systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Conduct thorough business analysis to ensure that solutions align with business objectives
* Optimize machine learning models for performance and accuracy
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, OCR, and cloud technologies
* Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the team
Requirements
* Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Multiple years of experience as full-stack software engineer, preferably using programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
* Familiarity with machine learning frameworks
* Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a focus on OCR and document analysis
* Experience with agile development methodologies
* Experience with business analysis and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
