JOB DESCRIPTION:
As Off Trade Key Account Manager Switzerland, you will be responsible for managing the retail customer accounts. You will report directly to the National Key Account Manager and work together on the Swiss Off trade strategy, yearly negotiations, and daily follow-ups with the existing customer base. You will also onboard new customers by driving distribution and growing our overall volume. Monthly meetings with different stakeholders will be held to monitor off trade performance and campaigns, ensuring you meet or exceed budget expectations.
Tasks:
1. Retailers
* Yearly negotiations with the existing base and extending the network
* Acquire new customers that are not yet covered
* Set up and ensure an annual promotional planning
* Ensure listing of our portfolio
* Monthly meetings to discuss performance
* Track performance versus plan and initiate additional activities to ensure budgeted results are delivered
* Travel within Switzerland to visit different partners
Profile:
* Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration/Economics
* At least 3+ years of Horeca/commercial experience, preferably within FMCG sales
* Mandatory languages: German and English
* Optional languages: French (will be considered an advantage)
* Strong analytical skills and experience using Microsoft Office (mainly Excel)
* Ability to analyze volumes and performance reports and take adequate actions with customers
* Target-driven with a “dream big” mindset
* Willing to go the extra mile to deliver results
* Takes ownership of projects and shows flexibility and initiative to achieve goals
* Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
