Job Description:
We are looking for our partner based in the canton of Neuchâtel:
Manager Supply Chain Planner
Temporary position
Tasks:
1. Develop and manage supply plans
2. Prepare and maintain planned stock levels
3. Work closely with logistics to ensure transparency of order requirements and accurate shipping dates
4. Effectively plan for and manage the impact on supply of any changes involving regulatory impact
5. Work with the company's Global Supply Chain Product Planner and Network Planner
6. Liaise with customers and coordinate supply planning with the Virtual Plant Team supply chain representative to minimise the impact on supply
7. Manage purchase orders and purchase requisitions in SAP
8. Maintain/develop strong relationships with supply chain counterparts at other company sites, global supply chain and CMOs
9. Lead supply chain meetings with customers to ensure alignment on BMS customer requirements and consumption plan
10. Execute scenario planning and develop recommendations for contingency plans as necessary
11. Responsible for compiling and presenting volume information as part of the ExM S&OP process
12. Responsible for compilation of volume information to support budget and projection activities & providing rationale in relation to the drivers behind variances
13. Proactively identify and resolve any constraints in supply through engagement with CMOs and VPT team as necessary
Qualifications & Experience
1. 3-5 years demonstrated Supply Chain knowledge
2. Supply chain planning and project management experience
3. Experience working in a tolling environment and/or with external vendors
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
5. Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines
6. Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry and appreciation of the competitive environment and its impact on driving change in the organization
7. Appreciation of Performance Metrics and their value in influencing supply chain results
8. Knowledge of logistics, financial, and information flows
9. Excellent PC and systems skills with prior experience working in SAP
