The Specialist, HRIS is responsible for the support, and maintenance of the Human Resource System (Workday). This role supports the HR Manager. This is a temporary role until the end of Specialist - Temp - 10 monthsOur client is an company.MissionsServe as the primary technical contact for HR systems, providing analytical support, and training to ensure user integrity and manage system X process improvement opportunities proactively.Implement technical projects as day-to-day HRIS in designing and implementing new HRIS modules and system X Specialist, HR Reporting, to develop and support regular and ad-hoc reports.Maintain and configure the HRIS system X subject expert.Monitor integrity, transactions, and system X the HRIS proactively to address business needs and with HR end-users to maintain HRIS including standard procedures and process functional and technical support to end-users.Develop digital training and train HR staff on HRIS usage.Monitor and improve service levels with external biannual Workday system X with HR Specialists and IT.Address HRIS issues within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) period.Perform X as directed by the Lead, HR Excellence, the Manager, HR Services, and/or the du degree in systems, computer science, systems, or a field, or equivalent work experience.Project Management or relevant work experience.Workday Training or equivalent training in systems X Peoplesoft, SAP, Oracle.Training on digital adoption tools.Experience in a professional office environment.Experience as an analyst, or technician in systems.Experience in HR and/or payroll years of experience.Project experience.Experience using ServiceNow.Conditions et AvantagesWorkday Experience: Experience with Workday is essential, as it is the HRIS.
