YOUR ROLEIn this role you will report to the Corporate IT Lead Manager. In the Corporate IT department, you will be responsible for the integration, maintenance, and support of various technical infrastructures and applications on-prem and in Azure cloud for the benefit of the 2000+ ELCA employees all over the world. This role requires a solid understanding of Windows server technologies, networking, databases and applications. In the team you will oversee: Design, implement and maintain large corporate architectures and various applications and security services (Azure, O365, MSSQL, AD, Power Shell, Azure Entra ID, SSO, MFA, VMWare, VLAN, Next Gen firewall, WAF, Forward Proxy, IAM, hardening, etc.)Act as a service owner, effectively meeting end user requirements whilst complying with security requirements. Monitor system performance to ensure availability, reliability, and security. Escalation point for L2 and L3 support for systems-related issues, troubleshooting to resolution. Train Level 1 and 2 and contribute to total quality targets across the Corporate IT department. Utilize automation tools such as Ansible for streamlined operations. Manage your projects autonomously and communicate with related stakeholders. Work using ITIL principles and Jira / Confluence best practices. Work on security projects. Your expertise covers some or all of the following: Windows server, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policies, PKI, Linux Exposure to IAM solutions Hypervisor Azure, MS365 and Entra IDPowershell, bash Storage & backup technologies Network concepts and security (Firewall, Proxy, WAF, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs)CISCO, ISE NAC, Fortigate, SDWANMonitoring and automation tools (PRTG, ANSIBLE, TERRAFORM, etc.)Jira, Confluence, Jira Asset Management In Tune, Azure, O365 Windows and Linux hardening. The position is based in Pully. Occasional on-duty service shared across the team is required. You have an excellent command of spoken and written French and English.
