The Role
As an Account Director, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of national and international clients, ensuring that their risk management and insurance broking needs are met with excellence.
* Implementing and refining client service delivery, including comprehensive discussions on risk and retention strategies.
* Representing the voice of the client internally and within the teams when decisions are made regarding process, approach and future strategy.
* Leveraging best practice from across our organisation to deploy within the team.
* Building and maintaining robust relationships with insurers to maximise client outcomes.
* Participation in business development activities and supporting RFP processes.
* Promoting the unique WTW Risk & Analytics capabilities.
* Fostering global collaboration and communication within the WTW network.
Qualifications
* Extensive and proven experience in the insurance and/or brokerage industry.
* In-depth knowledge of all non-life corporate insurance sectors.
* FINMA-registered insurance intermediary.
* Customer-focused with a high commitment to service excellence.
* Structured, efficient, and solution-driven work approach.
* Independent, reliable, and ambitious, with strong team and communication skills.
* Fluency in English and French is key; additional language skills are an asset.
