Job Title: Brand Manager
The Brand Manager is a key global role in the Johnson Controls brand function, responsible for driving all brand projects for smart buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and refine JCIs brand strategy in smart buildings, including brand architecture and identity creation.
* Deliver competitive benchmarks and analysis for JCI's global brand performance in the smart buildings space, providing recommendations to improve industry standing.
* Provide governance and support for the global activation of the smart buildings brand strategy, tracking progress and recommending improvements.
* Pursue thought leadership and positioning initiatives to enhance the equity and strength of the brand in smart buildings.
* Leverage programs and activities to increase global engagement in the smart buildings category, both internally and externally.
* Educate new acquisitions and joint ventures on the JCI smart buildings brand strategy, as well as participating in new events and showcases.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
* Substantial experience in marketing and communications, with specific experience in Brand Strategy within a global organization.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
* Motivated individual with a strong sense of curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit, actively seeking opportunities.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English essential for this position.
* Strong writing, analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced international environment with a strong sense of urgency.
* Willing to work 3 days from the office in Neuhausen.
