We are looking for a Senior Manager Strategic Marketing Communications to lead the development and execution of communication strategies for solution launches, transform complex ideas into compelling value propositions and ensure seamless integration across the marketing mix. In this pivotal role, you will influence new solution launches from the earliest stages of ideation to the final delivery of comprehensive communication strategies, shaping how we engage with our audience across all touchpoints and ensuring our solutions shine in a competitive market.
Your tasks
Lead the overall communication strategy for solution launches, contributing from the early stages of ideation to execution
Define and implement comprehensive communication plans for product and platform launches, as well as key commercial initiatives
Take ownership of launch marketing communications plans across all touchpoints, serving as a core team member withing the solutions team
Develop and execute winning communication campaigns with strong marketing claims tailored to target audiences, bringing strategies to life effectively
Collaborate with the marketing insights teams to generate insights, test creative concepts, and refine communication strategies for new solutions and campaigns
Uphold Phonak's brand values, ensuring adherence to Corporate Design and Corporate Identity guideline in all communication materials
Lead and manage creative agency partnerships, providing clear strategic briefs to drive the development of effective communication concepts
Oversee budgets and ensure efficient allocation to support strategic objectives
Your profile
University degree in marketing, communications or a related field of study
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in B2B and B2C marketing, with expertise in developing marketing strategies and digital marketing
Expertise in marketing communication, including campaign planning, segmentation, value proposition development, and opportunity analysis
Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking with a structured and organized approach to project management
Proven ability to work under pressure, adapt creatively to change, and maintain a results-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and sustain cooperative business relationships
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
