Job Description
We are seeking a talented B2B Lead to join our team in the Swiss market, specifically in the Zurich area. This role presents an exciting opportunity for growth and development.
Main Responsibilities
* Enhance PMI brand awareness and quality perception by ensuring availability and visibility of PMI products at assigned POS locations.
* Become a business partner for selected Indirect Retail customers, developing business growth through contracting, educating, and training of Independents (SFP Partners and Device Resellers(+), consumable sellers).
Key Performance Indicators
1. Register sales and retailer-related activities in the IS System and comply with defined procedures.
2. Provide timely and accurate CI information, adhering to laws and PMI policies.
3. Maintain optimal consumer experience through trade education.
4. Follow company share of space guidelines and instructions for maximum shelf and VM visibility of PM products.
5. E nsure PM product availability in assigned territories.
6. Support new launches based on sales and marketing guidance, assigned market share, and volume objectives.
7. Promote share of consumption and volume growth.
8. Enhance the company image in activities with third parties.
9. Ensure compliance with all PMI policies and procedures.
10. Develop deep knowledge of the area, establish connections with Retailers, and convert Consumables Sellers, Device Reseller+, to SFP Partner.
11. Identify opportunities for expanding business within existing POS universes and new POS within territories.
12. Build and maintain effective trade universes in territories, starting with new POS acquisition and contract agreement, ongoing performance management.
Requirements
* College/University Degree
* Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in CPGs
* Proficiency in German and English
* PMI category & portfolio knowledge
* Excellent communication skills
