Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all contracting paperwork is up to date.
* Provide exceptional customer service, onboarding new clients, responding to inquiries, and handling insurance policies.
* Assist policyholders during the claims process, overseeing existing insurance claims.
* IDentify new client needs, assess insurance risk, goals, coverage, and financial situation through personalized meetings and consultations.
* Develop a prospective customer base, advertising insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies.
Requirements
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
* A valid Life & Health insurance license (strongly preferred).
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Previous sales experience, especially in client service roles.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
