Job Description
* Responsible for full life cycle recruitment;
* Recruitment of Technical and Engineering profiles, from junior to senior positions, from temporary to permanent contracts;
* Advising hiring managers, screening applications, conducting interviews, and hunting profiles;
* Utilising the ATS of the company;
* Actively participating in streamlining the recruitment strategy of the company; coordinating with different departments to improve HR processes; analyzing and giving feedback to HR Direction;
* Assisting HR BP with onboarding processes;
* Ensuring compliance with local and international HR laws and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
* Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition in Switzerland and on Technical professions;
* Fluent in French and English (C1 level);
* A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field;
* Strong knowledge of HR practices and Swiss law;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Calm and collected demeanour with strong organisational skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
