Responsibilities: Answer to staff/students/visitor's enquiries (phone, email, face to face)
Deliver student concierge administration tasks including some cash handling
Prepare and participate in students intake/graduation, check-ins & check-outs processes
Manage mail & parcels delivery and the sending of external mail
Update the student concierge inventory to check stock of material needed (stationery, card…) on a quarterly basis
Manage sales of school merchandising and other items (tapes, boxes…) and inventory of itPOS transactions (loading Polyright, taxes advance and payments, deposits…)
Manage tuition payments and the communication related to it with concerned departments
Handle various student concierge / reception administrative tasks
Ensure the management of the student concierge petty cash
Handle shuttle reservations
Coordinate the storage of students belongings
Work with student data on the Academia, Secanda and Mercury systems (rooms, meal plans, etc.)
Order and collect nametags (Glion, Bulle and London)
Prepare keys and badges (ID) for new staff members, as well as keep track of them (employee key distribution folder)
Supervise our Student Concierge Trainee and our BBA1 students on their workshops at the Student Concierge
Proceed to weekly and monthly Bulle campus outlets petty cash reporting
Be flexible to work on Glion campus when needed (driver’s license an asset)
Perform any other specific tasks that may be requested by the line manager
Profile and Experiences: Either a commercial CFC, Hospitality or Business qualification or equivalent
Experience either in a reception, guest relation, service, or administrative post
Experience of working with young adults preferable
Experience of multicultural environments preferable
Empathetic personality and good team player
Strong communication and organizational skills
Service orientated and independent worker
Pro-active, flexible and enthusiastic personality
At ease with Internet, MS Office and databases
Fluent in spoken and written English and French
