Take charge of DACH sales. Support key customers, grow local distributors and use your sales and tech passion to expand our presence in top European markets.
What you move Drive direct customer and distribution acquisitions while delivering support to our existing clients
Contribute to shaping the distribution strategy in your region
Identify new market opportunities and expansion potential for our products
Create impactful sales forecasts and prepare strategic business reviews

Collaborate with Inside Sales, Market Management and Product Management at our HQ in Switzerland
Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer visits, trade fairs, and distribution events
What you bring along University degree (MSc/PhD) in engineering (physics, electrical engineering, industry)
Reliable team player with a high level of self-motivation; proactive and energetic
Open personality with strong interpersonal skills and a talent for dealing with demanding customers
Business fluent or native in German and English
