Your Role
As a Client Onboarding Officer - Legal Entities at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you are responsible for reviewing and processing client documentation and data, ensuring completeness and correctness throughout the client lifecycle. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional service to all bank units.
Your Responsibilities:
* Review and process all account openings for legal entities, guaranteeing smooth operational activity for clients.
* Support and interact closely with relationship managers to develop their business.
* Manage physical and electronic static data throughout the client lifecycle.
* Verify clients' signatures on documents and instructions.
* Develop in-depth knowledge of the bank's processes, products, and services.
Your Profile:
* A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in reviewing complex structures from a CDB perspective.
* Sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, including AML, FATCA/QI, and CRS.
* Experience with Avaloq and industry-specific knowledge are required.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to weigh problems and set priorities.
* A hands-on mentality, excellent interpersonal skills, and the capability to work independently.
* Fluency in English.
