Responsibilities:Carry out day-to-day logistics and warehousing tasks including deviation management for region EMEA and APAC and support logistics projects and improvement initiatives.Join weekly and monthly operations and business review meetings with logistics and warehouse suppliers.Handle deviations, investigate discrepancies including root cause analysis, CAPA provision, and effectiveness checks.Support change controls and improvement initiatives.Support project milestones to implement changes and improvements.Report logistics and warehousing performance within standard KPI and metrics framework and on an ad hoc basis.Support logistical and warehousing readiness for country launches and new manufacturing plant go-lives.Communicate business volume forecasts in different categories and scopes to logistics and warehousing suppliers.Support invoice auditing, reconciliation, and payment including purchase order management.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics management, or equivalent.Logistics, planning, or supply chain experience in a pharma/biotech or health services environment.Experience in cell and gene or biotech preferred.Knowledge and understanding of domestic and international pharmaceuticals shipping and warehousing requirements.Experience with complex and highly regulated pharma supply chain.Good knowledge of GDP/GxP regulations.Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and to develop and maintain strong business partner relationships.Highly self-motivated individual, with demonstrated ability to work independently.Ability to prioritize effectively to deliver results within established timelines.Additional Information:A very renowned company.Continuous support during the assignment.You will work in an international environment.
