Job Title: Fragrance Development Manager - Laundry Segment Innovation

We are seeking a Fragrance Development Manager to join our Home Strategic Segment Unit. As a pivotal force in fragrance innovation for laundry products, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape category strategy, expertise, and fundamental capabilities.

Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Spearhead the development of fragrance prototypes, supporting proof of concepts for innovation projects, in line with segment strategy.
2. Closely collaborate with Consumer Insights to integrate consumer insights into high-value, distinctive innovation-driven fragrance solutions.
3. Facilitate deployment of innovation throughout the organization and provide guidance on category-specific technologies and fragrance design innovations.
4. Contribute to global expertise of the category and development of olfactive tools.

You Bring:
1. 5+ years of expertise in fragrance development within laundry categories, with a scientific/technical background a plus.
2. Track record of success in developing in-market fragrance solutions utilizing technologies.
3. Proficient in data-driven approaches, adept at translating consumer insights into creative solutions.
4. Broad international olfactive knowledge of the laundry market and consumer preferences.
5. Collaborative team player, adaptable in a matrix organization.
6. Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Spanish an asset.
