Your Mission
You will join the Private & Institutional Client Desk (PICD) and support with the client portfolio and onboarding. You'll assist in the onboarding of new prospects through online channels to achieve our growth targets.
Your Responsibilities
* Support the acquisition of new clients in predefined markets while adhering to cross-border rules.
* Coordinate all client matters, from processes and paperwork to the overall client experience.
* Develop and maintain a prospect list for the respective client segment with corresponding prioritization and market strategy.
* Position AMINA Bank as the preferred partner.
* Handle client/prospect-related requests and inquiries.
* Work closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
* Define and enhance the product catalog for clients.
* Stay up-to-date in finance, blockchain technology, and digital assets.
Requirements
* University degree in Business, Finance, or Mathematics.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
* Experience in a regulated banking environment is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in English and German.
* Hands-on experience in corporate client onboarding.
* A team player with a hands-on mentality and ability to learn quickly.
* Reliable and detail-oriented individual.
* Willingness to take ownership and deliver results.
* Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
