R&D Smart Controls Department
Join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of elevator control systems as an R&D Telecom Control Systems Architect.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze system requirements and derive component-level solutions with a focus on hardware, ensuring compliance with industry standards and relevant codes and maintaining product structure.
2. Define, document, and maintain the hardware architecture of elevator control systems, including master schematics.
3. Align with cross-functional teams (Architects, System and Software Engineers) on HW-SW functionality and collaborate with production, field support, installation, and maintenance experts to ensure high-quality, fit-for-purpose systems.
4. Develop and integrate interfaces for subsystems, components, and controller platforms.
5. Define requirements for PCBAs, assemblies, harnesses, and sub-components.
Requirements
1. Master's degree in electrical engineering or similar.
2. Proven technical leadership skills.
3. Extensive experience (5-7 years) with design and maintenance of control systems.
4. Excellent knowledge of system engineering methods (modelling, requirements engineering, interface management, analysis).
5. Proven experience with production processes for electronic and electrical assemblies and procedures for installation and commissioning.
6. Proficient level of English, other languages are a plus.
