Responsabilities:
As a CTO for Swiss market you manage the Service Desk, you oversee IT Support (L1 to L3), you are in charge of VIP assistance, team leadership and incident management. You also optimize the processes. You manage IT assets (Macs, PCs, iPhones, iPads. You oversee setup, updates and inventory. You provide user support (incident resolution, request handling, access management via Active Directory). You leads Service Desk projects (implementation ServiceNow).
Profile :
* Master in Engineering or IT or Economics
* Minimum 8 - 10 years' experience
* Good knowledge of core technologies
* Good knowledge in Data and Infrastructure
* Good knowledge in IT Service Management processes and tools
* Good knowledge in project management methodologies
* Knowledge in multi-layered applications landscape and functional architecture
* Knowledge in digital technologies and data privacy
* Agile
* Fluent in French AND in English
