About the Organisation:
A leading international organisation is embarking on a digital transformation initiative to enhance its ERP capabilities. This project aims to deliver a new ERP solution that will optimise corporate services and provide greater value to the business. The ERP Order to Cash (OTC) Consultant will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising the OTC processes within the ERP system, reporting to the ERP Programme Manager in the Information & Data department.
Role Overview:
The ERP Solution Architect (OTC) will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing business processes related to order management, pricing, billing, and customer service. This role ensures seamless integration between the OTC module and other ERP modules, such as finance, inventory, and procurement, aligning solutions with operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Optimisation: Analyse and design efficient business processes related to order management, pricing, billing, and customer service.
2. ERP Configuration: Configure the ERP system to meet business requirements, including setting up order management, pricing, and billing modules.
3. Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration between the OTC module and other ERP modules like finance, inventory, and procurement.
4. Testing & Validation: Conduct unit, system, integration, and regression testing to ensure the system meets business needs.
5. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues related to the OTC process, providing technical support and troubleshooting.
6. Documentation & Training: Create detailed documentation and provide training to end-users on the OTC processes and system functionalities.
7. Progress Reporting: Attend project review meetings and report on progress.
Minimum Requirements:
1. ERP Implementation Experience: Several years of experience in ERP implementation, specifically in the OTC domain.
2. ERP Systems Proficiency: Proficiency in ERP systems, including knowledge of modules related to order management, pricing, and billing.
3. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design and optimise business processes.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide training.
5. Project Management Abilities: Ability to manage projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
6. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory.
