The Job Your responsibilities: Be the contact person for the internal customers for providing IT infrastructure services:
Handle customer demands concerning IT infrastructure.
Administrate the customer related documents and KPIs in the foreseen applications.
Coordinate the customer related activities with the SG Services Key Account Managers.
Understand business requirements and design system architectures:
Understand customer requirements and design solutions/system architectures matching the company standards together with the internal and external specialists.
Present and defend the elaborated architecture designs to the Security Validation Board.
Propose improvements or extensions of the IT Infrastructure Service Portfolio.
Coordinate the delivery process to implement the designed and offered solutions:
Translate the designed solutions into internal service offers for the customers.
Manage the delivery of the IT infrastructure and services with the involved IT Teams.
Coordinate IT Infrastructure change management projects (such as system migrations, release upgrades, and hardware installations) with the business, internal IT departments, and external solution providers.
