Job description
1. Student Recruitment and Admissions: Lead student recruitment efforts by participating in recruitment fairs, information sessions, and outreach activities Support admissions process, including applicant advising, application review, interview management, and applicant communication Develop strategies to increase application numbers and enhance the quality of admitted students
2. Event Management: Plan and execute internal recruitment events such as campus tours, open houses, and information sessions (in-person and online), graduation ceremonies and MAS+ Coordinate with external vendors to organize recruitment events, including venue selection, catering, and logistics Ensure the successful execution of events to provide a positive experience for prospective students and stakeholders
3. Promotion and Visibility: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to enhance the visibility and awareness of the MAS programme Create engaging content for social media platforms to attract prospective students Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for programme growth
4. MAS+ Workshop Series Management: Manage the scheduling, management, and promotion of the MAS+ workshop lecture series Liaise with faculty and guest speakers to ensure the timely delivery of lectures and workshops Evaluate effectiveness of the MAS+ events and recommend enhancements
Your profile
5. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
6. Proven experience in sales, event management, and/or marketing
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences effectively
8. Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
9. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
10. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative strategies
11. Willingness to work on evenings and weekends
12. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, German would be an asset
