Responsibilities
* Management and further development of all areas of quality management with a total of 8 employees
* Further development of the existing quality, safety and environmental management systems in collaboration with management
* Support of internal areas such as operations, research & development and sales throughout the entire product life cycle
* Support of international locations in quality assurance, quality management and EHS topics
* Ensuring compliance with all QEHS relevant agreements, standards and laws
* Preparation of the annual management review and the monthly meaningful Q reports
* Developing and implementing Q agreements with customers and suppliers
* Execution and support of internal and external audits
* Representation in public OE & QEHS committees
We make these requirements
* Higher technical training (FH / university level) as well as appropriate further training in the direction of quality, occupational safety and environmental management
* Proven leadership experience in an industrial and international working environment
* Experience with optical and/or medical technology products is an advantage
* Experience with quality management standards ISO 13485 and ISO 9001
* Knowledge of the application of Q software such as CAQ
* Fluent written and spoken English skills
* Very good communication skills and high assertiveness
* Sound methodological skills as well as analytical thinking skills and organizational talent
