Are you passionate about data and ESG reporting? Would you like to work at the intersection of technology and finance and to join a multinational team and work with more than 100 countries worldwide? Then the role of the Digital Finance ESG Analyst might suit you!
You support our Global Reporting Solutions team in the design and building of new features and product enhancements, from their conception to their adoption. Collaborating with Global Sustainability, Business Owners, and the Target User Community in the countries, you understand, anticipate, and translate their needs into a product backlog of our ESG reporting software. Given its broad exposure to Senior Management, this role provides significant development opportunities within the Schindler Group.
Your main challenges will include:
1. Design and implement a new ESG reporting software for the nonfinancial reporting process from data collection, processing, validation to reporting.
2. Driving the implementation of the business requirements and product enhancements in our ESG reporting software, including user acceptance testing and overseeing the hand-over to the Business Owners.
3. Supporting the alignment of the product road map with product owners of other reporting solutions and continuously benchmarking the ESG reporting software against the nonfinancial reporting framework of the Schindler Group.
4. Continuous streamlining of the ESG reporting processes by integrating additional data points to the datalake and fostering seamless ESG data collection processes.
5. Be part of a team that masters agile project delivery to continuously ship excellent products and services.

You have strong communication skills to coordinate and actively participate in working on tasks within multinational and diverse teams.
Further requirements include:
1. University studies in sustainability management, environmental engineering, finance, or business informatics.
2. Working experience as a Management Consultant and/or architect of an ESG reporting software or alternatively a CPM solution.
3. Prior experience in programming, defining, and implementing ESG reporting processes and ESG reporting solutions.
4. Understanding of sustainability regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy, Swiss CO Art. 964a ff. and Climate Ordinance) and sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
5. Agile project management experience with an ability to keep eyes on the big picture while working on the details.
6. Fluency in English and proactive communication effectively with all levels of staff and management.
