Job Title: Global IT Requirements Engineer - Dynamics 365 Functional Finance and Operations

About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our global ERP application team. The primary goal is to collaborate with the business to address their challenges and achieve strategic objectives using Microsoft D365.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft D365 finance modules to meet business needs.
2. End-to-End Implementation: Support delivery of end-to-end implementation for Microsoft D365 F&O, including design, configuration, testing, training, cut-over, and reporting.
3. Vendor Management: Work with vendors to gather requirements, align on expectations, and finalize deliverables.
4. Solution Development: Support the business in understanding their problems and developing solutions in the Microsoft D365 F&O environment.
5. Requirements Definition: Take responsibility for optimizing, defining, supporting, and implementing business requirements in the area of ERP applications and interfaces to third-party systems.
6. Project Documentation: Ensure project objectives and requirements are adequately documented and that all project deliverables are fit for purpose.
7. External Coordination: Support and coordinate developments with external developers.
8. Custom Requirement Analysis: Analyze, design, and plan new custom requirements in cooperation with external developers.
9. Testing and Handover: Coordinate testing of any new systems, including user acceptance testing with end users, and deliver project handover to the support organization.
10. Project Management: Manage projects, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is highly valued.
2. Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 certifications are preferred.
3. Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT-side support of ERP systems.
4. ERP Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ERP processes and Microsoft D365 is an advantage.
5. Technical Skills: Technical knowledge of systems, including systems architecture, SQL, and database structures.
6. Process Thinking: Networked process thinking, understanding correlations and effects, and developing solutions.
7. Communication: Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Language Skills: Confident communication skills in German and very good knowledge of English.
