Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders, create invoices, and track shipments
* Handle quotes and customer inquiries via phone and email
* Coordinate interfaces between customers, distributors, sales teams, logistics, production, regulatory affairs, and finance
* Prepare compliant export documents, manage them, and ensure accurate import and export handling
* Maintain the ERP system in order processing
* Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization
Requirements:
* Vocational training in freight forwarding, international trade, or customs
* Experience in order processing and customer service
* Proficient English and Italian; German is a plus, additional languages welcome
* ERP system experience and MS Office proficiency
* Strong service orientation and solution-focused mindset
* High degree of self-organization
