Marketing Database Manager (m/f/div) for the brand freud, Zuchwil
Job Description:
In this role, you ensure the smooth operation, optimization, and strategic development of Freud's marketing databases, digital platforms, and dealer communication tools. By maintaining high data quality and driving engagement through digital solutions, you play a key part in Freud's marketing success.
1. Managing and consolidating the Freud marketing database is a key responsibility, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
2. Keeping systems like the Media Database, PIM, and MAM up to date ensures seamless content management.
3. Conducting quality controls, collecting data, and contributing to process optimization help improve efficiency and accuracy in database maintenance.
4. The Online Dealer Package is continuously developed and optimized under your guidance, ensuring timely availability in local languages and an effective delivery format.
5. Through content implementation and performance analysis, you maintain and enhance the B2B portal, executing strategies to drive traffic and increase dealer engagement.
6. A CRM platform for Freud, based on existing Bosch solutions, is developed and maintained to improve customer relationships and data-driven decision-making.
7. Acting as a coordinator between content creators, technical experts, product managers, local sales teams, and platform owners, you ensure smooth collaboration and content alignment across all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education: University Degree in IT, Business Administration or similar education.
Experience and know-how: Profound understanding of databases and experience in managing digital B2B marketing projects. Able to build user stories and provide requirements to IT technical experts. Experience in UX, DX, and Agile working methods.
Personality and working style: Team player with a strong user-centered approach. Thinks systematically, translates insights into action. Self-responsible person with a willingness to learn and grow. Good communication skills to make topics understood in the broader context of communication/User journey management. Good analytical and negotiation skills.
Languages: Fluent in English and German.
