As part of the Ancillary department, you will support the team in actively shaping, developing & enhancing the Ancillary product and touchpoint portfolio. You will learn to evaluate and prioritize initiatives that balance both customer experience such as personalization/choice & commercial success.
1. Assist in the development of business strategies and identifying growth opportunities
2. Collaborate on strategic projects from ideation to implementation
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities in the ancillary services sector, as well as strategic benchmarking
4. Support in the preparation of clear and concise presentations and briefings for upper management
5. Assist in developing strategic communication projects, including community information management and creating content for various channels and platforms
6. Support in touchpoint management by working on projects to optimize ancillary product placements
