Job Title: Regional General Manager, Europe
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced sales and P&L leader to manage our operations in the European region, ensuring the development and engagement of a high-performing team.
About the Role:
This role is part of the International Division of BRP, covering the dealer direct markets of various European countries. As a key contributor to the company's future development, this position offers significant opportunities for growth, particularly with the introduction of new products like the 2-wheel electric motorcycle.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the business strategy for BRP in European Dealer Direct Markets, monitoring progress and adapting as needed.
* Manage European Dealer Direct P&L and achieve territory objectives through leadership and team management.
* Provide clear priorities and direction to teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities and BRP values.
* Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with internal policies.
* Ensure optimal network coverage, development of new dealers, and growth within existing markets.
* Implement marketing, go-to-market, and dealer development initiatives to meet retail objectives.
* Nurture strong relationships with partners, both internally and externally.
You'll Thrive in This Role If You Have:
* 15+ years of commercial experience in automotive, powersports, or retail environments in multi-country regions in Europe.
* Proven expertise in managing P&L with a strong retail focus and experience in managing and developing networks.
* Proven track record of delivering on expectations.
* Ability to develop strategic plans and actions to deliver results.
* Fluency in English; French and/or another European language is a strong asset.
* Demonstrate keen business instincts, business acumen, and strategic thinking.
