At SKAN, you will lead a dedicated team of IT-OT Network/Security Engineers and System/Application Engineers and contribute to the success of the SKAN Group through innovative projects. Responsibilities Responsibility for setting up and managing the newly created IT-OT team within the ICT department and strategic further development of the IT-OT organisation in line with company objectives. Managing cross-divisional IT-OT projects, including resource planning and budget responsibility, in compliance with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry. Ensuring the smooth operation of the IT OT infrastructure and OT applications; close collaboration with internal and external partners for error analyses and troubleshooting (2nd and 3rd level support). Introduction and maintenance of change processes, creation and ongoing updating of operating manuals and technical documentation. Ensuring all qualification and validation requirements in a highly regulated environment (GxP). Evaluating and implementing modern technologies such as (cloud-to-)edge computing and (I)IoT solutions in order to expand the OT infrastructure in a future-oriented manner. Qualifications Successfully completed studies (Bachelor / Master) in computer science or a comparable qualification. Several years of experience in managing IT teams, preferably in the IT-OT area or in close cooperation with OT departments. Extensive experience with market-leading IT and OT technologies, infrastructures and applications. ITIL certification and in-depth knowledge of CSV mandatory. Knowledge of business analyses & requirement engineering. Proven, in-depth project experience in the SME and/or pharmaceutical environment. Additional technical qualifications such as Citrix Expert, Microsoft Admin or VCP an advantage. Fluency in English and German is mandatory (C1). Soft Skills Experience in leading diverse teams in an international environment. Strong communication skills and a high level of conflict resolution expertise. Strong persuasiveness and determination in realising goals, coupled with a high demand for quality. High level of process understanding, especially in a regulated environment (GxP/CSV requirements).
