Mission In this position, you will join our global Bike marketing team as the Mobility Marketing Coordinator. The job includes several marketing fields, mainly brand and product marketing. You’ll report to the Mobility Marketing Manager and support her/him in several areas, i.g. further develop SCOTT’s mobility strategy, plan and execute marketing content as well as campaigns. As a passionate individual, who lives and breathes the urban mobility spirit, you’ll help to drive SCOTT’s future mobility look and feel as a modern urban brand.
Tasks Help to grow brand awareness for SCOTT’s Urban Mobility
Help to develop long-term marketing strategies and create strong brand visibility in the mobility space
Work out Go-to-market strategies for new releases together with Sales, R&D, and Digital Marketing
Together with our Consumer Insights team, help to identify target groups and define personas to tailor future product and communication strategies
Coordinate releases and campaign roll-outs with all relevant stakeholders including the Sales team
Support SCOTT’s E-Urban product marketing with content creation and campaign management
Have project responsibility for segment-specific areas such as non-electrified urban bike models
Ownership of all technical marketing related tasks such as website, web launch, and workbook management
Support with creating urban content for our growing email marketing and social media channels
Support with creating marketing copy and with translations
Support at photo and film shoots
Follow-up on the urban line-up with the product development teams
Provide marketing support and services for Subsidiaries and Distributors

Requirements Passionate for all things urban mobility
2-3 years experience working in the mobility industry
Being a good communicator and team player
