Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service while embodying our values of authenticity, precision, and attention to detail
* Collaborate with a passionate and dedicated team to create unforgettable guest experiences
* Ensure seamless operations in your area of expertise while upholding the highest standards of quality
* Support the Front Office team in all aspects
* Perform standard reception duties such as check-in/check-out using Protel
* Oversee hotel management and room assignments for arriving guests
* Forward information and tasks to the relevant departments
* Handle and issue vouchers (via E-Guma)
* Maintain and carefully check guest files
* Assist the Concierge team and operate the telephone switchboard
Your Profile
* Theoretical and practical professional knowledge gained through your studies at a Swiss hotel management school
* A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and a strong commitment to achieving excellence in every aspect of your work
* Fluent language skills in English, our corporate language, as well as German or French
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a warm, authentic, and professional demeanor
* Proficiency in English and German is required
* Additional proficiency in French is highly desirable; other language skills are considered a strong advantage
* Enthusiasm for working as part of a dynamic team in a high-quality, fast-paced environment
