Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Switzerland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving technical issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide first- and second-level technical support to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits.
2. Work with third-party vendors to resolve complex technical issues related to audio-visual systems.
3. Communicate timely updates on issue status and resolution to clients.
4. Maintain accurate records of all reported incidents and tickets.
5. Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot various software applications, including Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 2010.
6. Support Apple PC users with basic knowledge of the Mac operating system.
7. Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
8. Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers.
9. Repair and replace desktops, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment as needed.
10. Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues related to network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.
11. Broad experience in IT with a solid understanding of networks, servers, audio/visual systems, smart devices, and telecommunications is required.
12. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to work in a project-based environment.
Requirements:
* A valid work permit in Switzerland is mandatory.
* 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
