Location: Neuchâtel, Switzerland (5 days onsite)

Join a global leader in wireless IoT and ultra-low-power semiconductor solutions. As a System Architect, you will drive innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design next-generation connected modules and displays.
Your Impact:
1. Define system architecture and design methodologies for ultra-low-power IoT devices
2. Work closely with customers, R&D, and operations to deliver high-performance solutions
3. Lead design-to-manufacturing transitions, ensuring seamless industrialization
4. Optimize low-power hardware design, RF circuits, and embedded systems
5. Collaborate across global teams in the US, Prague, Bangkok, and beyond
What You Bring:
1. Master’s (or higher) in Electronic Engineering
2. Strong expertise in low-power system architecture and hardware design
3. Experience with wireless IoT chipsets, sensors, and embedded systems
4. Deep understanding of RF design, PCB technology, and power optimization
5. Hands-on experience with industrialization and production constraints
6. Strong customer-facing and technical leadership skills
7. Fluent English (French is a plus)
Bonus Skills:
1. Experience in worldwide wireless certification processes
2. Knowledge of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and other wireless protocols
3. Hands-on lab experience with state-of-the-art testing equipment
