European Business Development Manager - Commercial Collaboration Solutions

About the Role:
* We are seeking a European Business Development Manager to drive the strategic development of the Microsoft Teams Rooms ecosystem, working closely with relevant vendor partners.
* You will be responsible for driving cross-selling activities between devices and license business.
* You will plan and implement strategic & marketing actions with Microsoft's EMEA MTR and Commercial PC team.
* You will support sales in countries, share best practices, and develop cross-country marketing programs.
* You will monitor key figures such as market shares, sales development, etc.
* You will develop and expand our vendor portfolio within existing & new ALSO countries.
* You will actively engage and shape the strategic direction, together with CoC Management and Regional Leads.
* You will represent us at events and continuously enhance product knowledge.
Your Profile:
* You hold a university degree or equivalent qualifications.
* You have relevant experience & knowledge of the IT market, preferably with Microsoft, PC, or collaboration solutions.
* You possess strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team, process affinity, and a high level of self-motivation and responsibility.
* You have experience in vendor management and business development.
* You have an open and accessible personality with extended networking spirit.
* You possess strong analytical skills.
* International and intercultural experience is a plus.
* You have written and spoken English skills mandatory.
* Any other European languages are a plus.
