A centuries-long experienced family wealth management company providing wealth planning, trust management and sophisticated investment solutions to a select number of qualified families, individual entrepreneurs and selected private institutions is searching for a Client Relationship Manager achieving superior long-term financial performance by following a highly disciplined investment process that takes into consideration both liquid and private market assets.
Your responsibilities:
1. Possess specialized knowledge and product expertise to develop solutions that assist clients in the creation, management, and transfer of their wealth.
2. Support families in managing complex asset structures and implement suitable family governance practices.
3. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and anticipating their needs.
4. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial objectives and providing proactive, customized solutions.
5. Oversee an existing portfolio.
6. Assess client needs and potential based on their risk profiles, aligning financial advice with the appropriate investment strategies.
7. Further enhance the investment services offered, ultimately aiming to achieve total client satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Serve as a trusted Client Relationship Manager, ensuring transparency and clarity in all financial dealings while adopting a pragmatic and straightforward approach.
9. Oversee and execute client transaction requests, ensuring that portfolio allocations are consistent with clients' risk profiles.
10. Deliver practical advice and guidance on bespoke solutions and services using a comprehensive approach tailored to our sophisticated HNWI/UHNWI clientele.

15. Proficiency in written and spoken English and French is essential; knowledge of Spanish and/or German would be an additional advantage.
