We have an opportunity in the Maryland area for an Account Executive on our Geographical Sales Unit.
Responsibilities:
1. Demand Creation Sales responsible for customer in Maryland and Virginia.
2. Promote, design in, and support ongoing business, for the broad line of ST solutions, including but not limited to MCUs, Sensors, MEMs products, Secure Micros, Power solutions, and Analog components.
3. Collaborate with customer's business leaders, system architects, hardware engineers, software engineers, and purchasing organization to grow ST's business through robust product and service offerings.
4. Utilize sales skills to manage the entire sales cycle and own the complete customer relationship.
5. Facilitate engagement with ST's Technical Marketing team to win new business, develop new solutions, and grow market share.
6. Use communication and presentation skills to promote ST's technical and business solutions.
7. Work with global sales teams, marketing, and applications engineering to develop and execute account strategies and develop new business opportunities.
8. Use market intelligence to develop TAM / SAM / DTAM analysis.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Technical Degree - BS / BSEE (preferred) or equivalent experience.
2. 2-5 years experience within semiconductor industry.
3. Sales / Marketing experience preferred.
4. Oral and written communication skills.
5. Knowledge of supply chains, import / export, and logistics.
6. Strong presentation creation and delivery skills required.
