The Role:
* Work a pensum of 100% for a duration of up to 6 months
* Take part in the biggest merger in Switzerland's history
* Cover the operational and processing aspects
* Perform formality checks and adjustments of mandates
* Contact different front office teams in case of incomplete or incorrect formalities and ensure completion and correctness
* Manage standard operating procedures with highest quality standards
Your Expertise:
* Business education/diploma, with financial focus as an advantage
* Fluent in English and German with excellent written skills
* Ability and technical understanding to quickly learn and adapt to different tools
* Resilient and able to perform under pressure
* Solution-oriented way of thinking (keen to deliver highest level of quality services)
* Responsible and conscious of risks. Attention to quality and client satisfaction is imperative
* Solid experience with MS Office
