Your Mission
Manage our Finance department, guiding a team of 4-5 talented individuals
Report directly to the CFO, acting as a key backup for all financial matters
Ensure timely and accurate closing and spearhead the development of yearly budgets and monthly forecasts
Conduct financial reviews with our Management team and create comprehensive KPIs and financial dashboards
Maintain and control various Finance systems, ensuring robust internal controls
Support, challenge, and manage the development of projects and business scenarios
Serve as the financial reference for internal and external customers
Oversee reporting, risk management, and financial controls in collaboration with stakeholders
Manage cash flow and currency hedging strategies
Design and implement efficient, automated analytical tools to track and analyze the profitability of activities and products
Assist our production in the continuous rollout of the Manufacturing Execution System to ensure accurate production analysis and variance reporting
Your Profile
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
At least 5 years of management experience, with a focus on investment & industrial controlling. Sales & Marketing controlling experience is a plus
Proficient in financial principles including Swiss Gaap & IFRS reporting, industrial controlling, consolidation, budget, and forecast. Strong Excel & MS-Office skills are essential, and experience with integrated ERP systems is required. VBA knowhow and Business Intelligence tool experience is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English. German is an asset.
