Monitor relevant Swiss and EU laws and regulations related to ESG compliance, ensuring all business components manage legal risks effectively.Develop and implement ESG related policies and procedures, focusing on supplier due diligence and the Supplier Code of Conduct.Support the Group Sustainability team in creating transparency guidelines for ESG matters and addressing promotional and product claim issues.Provide legal assistance for non financial reporting obligations, including standards set by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC).Educate stakeholders across the Group on legal and regulatory aspects of our sustainability strategy.Prepare reports for governance committees related to ESG compliance and strategy implementation.Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive ESG initiatives within the organization.Academic qualifications in business, law, or ESG/human rights disciplines.Previous experience in Switzerland or already based in Switzerland.3 to 5+ years of experience in a similar legal role, preferably in house or supporting international clients on ESG matters.Previous experience in the retail or luxury industry, a strong advantageBilingual in French and English; proficiency in German is a plus.Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts.
