The Global Workplace product is responsible for one of the most advanced workplaces in the insurance industry. International teams manage the operation and ongoing development of various workplace products (Windows, Mac, Mobile, Virtual) and infrastructure (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SCCM, Intune). Responsibilities: Full lifecycle application management (integration, testing, qualification, deployment) in Intune Operation and ongoing enhancement of Windows 11 releases and new features (Evergreen)Implementation of security policies (group policy management, compliance monitoring, system hardening)Deployment of Endpoint Protection solutions on client devices Integration, maintenance, and updates for internet browsers (Edge Chromium, Google Chrome)Integration, maintenance, and testing of Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise System and performance monitoring, along with proactive analysis and preventive measures Handling 3rd level support and troubleshooting in the workplace domain (issue analysis and fixes)Qualifications: You have strong expertise in Intune/Configuration Manager, Windows 11, Entra ID, Modern Workplace, and M365 You possess extensive knowledge of client integration (e.g. GPO, Internet Browsers, Bitlocker)You have solid experience with Configuration Manager/SCCM (e.g. packages, applications, task sequences, drivers)Familiarity with Endpoint Security and Protection is a plus (e.g. MS Endpoint DLP)Scripting skills (e.g. Power Shell) are an advantage Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (e.g. M365 Apps, One Drive for Business, Azure Information Protection) is desirable Experience with Mc Afee Cloud Proxy Experience with F5 Per App VPNService-oriented, team-minded, proactive, independent, and effective communication skills (in both German and English) define you We look forward to your application!We only accept direct applications for this position.
