As a Senior Account Executive-Swiss Market, you will play a pivotal role in Performativ’s growth by driving new logo acquisition and establishing lasting relationships with key players in the Swiss wealth management ecosystem.
What you’ll Do
Identify and Acquire New Clients: Develop a strategic plan to target and acquire new clients, focusing on wealth management firms, banks, and financial institutions in the Swiss market.
Manage the Sales Cycle: Lead end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closing, ensuring seamless and professional client experience.
Tailor Solutions: Work closely with prospects to understand their needs and position Performativ’s offerings as the optimal solution.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to deliver client-centric solutions and drive growth.
Drive Revenue Growth: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas, contributing directly to Performativ’s expansion goals.
Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and position Performativ effectively in the market.
Build Relationships: Establish trust and rapport with decision-makers, including C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
What we’re looking for
Professional Experience & Skills
Proven Sales Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets in the fintech or wealth management industry.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Swiss financial landscape, including wealth management, asset management, and banking sectors. Experience selling to asset managers, family offices, or institutional investors is highly desirable.
New Business Focus: Strong ability to identify and win new business opportunities, particularly with high-value clients.
Relationship Builder: Skilled at establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships with key decision-makers.
Consultative Selling: Expertise in solution-based sales, with the ability to align Performativ’s products to client needs.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Language Skills: Fluency in English and German is essential; proficiency in French or Italian is a strong plus.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern sales tools (e.g., CRM software) and the ability to navigate complex sales processes.
