Your Role
In the position of Organic Chemistry Doctor, you are responsible for resolving established pharmaceutical active ingredient production issues.
* You plan and coordinate technician activities.
* You can make quick decisions in a stressful environment.
* You are proactive during crisis meetings. You edit reports to track investigations (Production and R&D).
* You may also be tasked with optimizing existing manufacturing processes.
Your Profile
* You hold a doctoral degree in organic chemistry and possess an analytical and scientific mindset.
* You have several years of experience in a similar role in industry.
* You ideally have knowledge of production and scale-up.
* You enjoy leading team investigations and searching for details (production data analysis or analytics, site tours in production, …)
* You are capable of providing rigorous, precise, and well-structured work.
* You are organized, flexible, and demonstrate initiative.
* Your excellent communication skills enable you to work collaboratively with various departments (production, QC, DA, QA,…). You are proficient in French and English. German is a plus.
* You are open to new technologies (PAT, …).

What We Do in Evionnaz
Siegfried Evionnaz is a facility specialized in custom synthesis of active ingredients and intermediates for the pharmaceutical industry. The chemicals plant, built in 1957, employs around 350 people in a wide variety of fields, ranging from production, laboratories, and logistics to quality assurance, administration, and more.
