We are also keen to attract talent hungry to solve complex challenges and bring fresh perspectives from non-automotive industries.MathWorks nurtures growth, appreciates diversity, encourages initiative, values teamwork, shares success, and rewards excellence.ResponsibilitiesRepresent MathWorks as a technical leader through project management and customer engagement expertise, both within our organization and in client interactions.Lead customer engagements with proven customer-centric approaches, emphasizing the importance of understanding and meeting customer needs.Develop requirements, lead, organize, and drive customers’ objectives to completion.Tools, Processes & MethodsDelve into model-based design reference workflows, including System and SW architecture, Function Design, Code Generation, Verification & Validation.Utilize advanced tools like System Composer, AUTOSAR Blockset, Embedded Coder, Simulink Test, and Polyspace.Embrace and implement CI/DevOps practices for enhancing software quality and efficiency.Apply your expertise in relevant certification processes and industry standards such as ISO26262, ISO21434, or IEC 61508, IEC 62304, DO-178, critical for ensuring compliance and quality in safety-critical environments.QualificationsA bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.Demonstrated experience in/with Simulink.Additional QualificationsAbility to travel up to 30% in DACH/BNLX regions.Industry experience in model-based design, software development, control systems, model-based design workflow implementation, or system validation & certification.Proficiency in English and German, both spoken and written. #J-18808-Ljbffr
