About Barclays
* Join Relationship Management, to build and maintain relationships with customers, clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners. Your focus will be on driving business growth through effective relationship-building and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
* As a Premier Manager, you will be collectively responsible for managing a portfolio of entry-level Premier banking clients, including completion of all risk-related tasks for the portfolio and the direct book where required, whilst providing support to the wider team. This will comprise of proactively promoting our digital platforms to our Premier clients and primarily reacting to clients' needs. You will also be responsible for introducing the Premier proposition to new clients in a way that creates a culture of trust and delivers a market-leading welcome experience.
* Be responsible for having oversight and managing a portfolio of entry-level Premier clients while ensuring to act as a trusted, go-to advisor for clients.
* Welcome our new Premier customers to the Barclays Premier Banking experience, providing them with excellent customer service from the start of their relationship and working to establish a solid relationship for the future.
* Continuously work to ensure your customers feel valued and know how to contact the right team member to support their requirements.
* Act as a digital expert for your customers, ensuring they have the confidence to use their banking channel of choice.
* Work collaboratively with teams including Branch, Telephony, Corporate, and other Premier colleagues to deliver a great customer experience, creating and providing solutions for our Premier Core customers that balance their short-term and long-term needs.
* Complete to a high standard and work to deadlines to complete all risk-related tasks within the portfolio and support the direct book clients' risk tasks where required.
Establish and nurture profitable partnerships with both corporate and individual clients. It's the bridge between the bank's offerings and clients' needs, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term success.
