Position: Senior Compliance Officer
Sector: Financial Services
Start Date: March/April 2025
Duration: 4+ months
Utilization: 80-100%
Location: Zurich & Remote
Tasks
* Assess and update internal policies to ensure compliance with current regulations and industry standards
* Ensure that internal policies are aligned with applicable local, national, and international regulations
* Track and interpret changes in relevant laws and regulations, adjusting internal policies accordingly
* Oversee the implementation of new policies across the organization and ensure consistent application
* Conduct regular risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and address areas where policies may not meet regulatory requirements
* Work closely with legal teams and external regulators to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks
Requirements
* Fluency in English, French is a plus
* Resident in Switzerland
* 6+ year PQE in the compliance field
* Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
