1. Together with the Front Office Manager, you will manage the entire front office area.
2. Control the daily tasks at the reception desk.
3. Co-responsible for the daily optimal room occupancy, hotel occupancy and for all arrivals and departures.
* Co-responsible for the daily/monthly accounts and the main cash desk.
* Daily coordination between housekeeping, concierge and guest relations.
* Complaint management.
* Organisation and coordination of all processes in the front office department.
* Jointly responsible for staff planning.
* Co-responsible for the induction, management and development of front office staff.
* Co-responsible for ensuring and maintaining service quality in accordance with LQA standards.
