Strategic HR Partnership
* Act as a strategic advisor to the Hospitality and Support leadership teams, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
* Provide insights and recommendations to drive talent acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
* Support leaders in workforce planning, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and organizational priorities.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
* Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies for hospitality and support roles.
* Oversee the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, and offer management.
* Ensure a seamless onboarding experience, including welcome kit preparation and impactful induction programs.
* Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
Employee Administration and Compliance
* Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, amendments, and personal data, in compliance with Swiss labor laws and GDPR.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, particularly regarding documentation, safety, and legal requirements.
* Collaborate with authorities during audits and ensure alignment with regulatory updates.
* Support the preparation of budgets, reports, and HR analytics to drive informed decision-making.
* Supervise and collaborate with the Payroll and Time & Attendance Specialist to ensure timely and accurate payroll and attendance tracking.
Employee Relations and Engagement
* Build strong relationships with employees, acting as a trusted point of contact for queries and concerns.
* Mediate and resolve employee issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
* Promote an open and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
* Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and overall well-being.
* Organize and coordinate employee events, including team-building activities, themed days, and celebrations, to foster a sense of community and belonging.
Performance Management and Development
* Guide managers through performance review cycles, ensuring actionable feedback and development plans.
* Identify training and development needs in collaboration with managers and the CLP Academy.
* Support succession planning and create career paths for high-potential employees.
Training and Skills Development
* Identify training needs in collaboration with teams and managers.
* Oversee the implementation of tailored learning programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Operational HR Excellence
* Ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives.
* Manage HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
* Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
* Support organizational changes, including restructures, communication strategies, and role transitions.
Culture and Values Alignment

Your Profile
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* HR certification (e.g., Federal Certificate in Human Resources) is an advantage.
* Minimum 5 years of HR business partner experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury or service-driven environments.
* In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor laws and HR best practices.
* Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
* Minimum Advanced level in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
