Event Registration Manager
The World Economic Forum, committed to improving the state of the world, is the International Organization for Public-Private Cooperation.
The Forum engages the foremost political, business and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas.
Role
You will be responsible for coordinating member organisations and other stakeholder engagement at Forum activities and meetings. You will assist in the management of invitation and registration as well as the security badge process for main Forum virtual and physical events, including the Annual Meeting. You will also manage at least one direct report and be responsible for improvement projects, strategy, and implementation.
Reporting lines and interactions
You will report to the Head of Event Technology within the Global Programming Group and work closely with Digital Success and IT teams, as well as other staff across the Group and the broader institution. Key operational collaborators will span platform, business, government, marketing, media, security, IT, live production, legal and digital teams.
Breakdown of main responsibilities
* Stewarding the Forum's world-class events providing consistent architecture and delivery services ensuring that all events meet a uniform standard of excellence.
* Project management skills including managing assignments balancing competing priorities while delivering on time.
* Documenting milestones consistently regularly sharing them with internal and external stakeholders.
* Closely collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the Global Programming Group professional service delivery for in-person or virtual events.
* Developing a strong understanding of the Forum's mission aligning event logistics activities with impact priorities.
The successful candidate will be assessed on

Preferred requirements and experience
* Exemplary Forum Values and Behaviours.
* At least five to eight years in a Specialist Event Registration similar role.
* Attention to detail experience in high-level customer services support.
* Excellent multitasking communication skills.
* Digital engagement planning delivery knowledge expertise.
* Proven organizational time management skills.
* Quality oriented experience data entry quality control would be a plus.
* Experience training support digital products.
* Demonstrated mastery digital tools: Salesforce TopLink Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Languages English French German would be a strong asset.
* Willing to travel 30% of the time.
