- Support our provider and operational teams in assisting Schindler employees with IT-related matters
- Analyze and resolve tickets, or route them to the appropriate support group when necessary
- Manage escalations from a service desk perspective
- Create and maintain knowledge articles to support continuous service improvement
- Contribute to small-scale IT projects
- Perform administrative support tasks for the Global BackOffice
- Current Bachelor student in IT or similar field
- Completed apprenticeship in business administration (KV), mediamatics, or IT; or currently enrolled in an IT-related degree
- Strong technical understanding and solid computer skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and a proactive attitude
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management skills with the ability to set priorities when handling multiple cases
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2), both spoken and written
